Finding the right thing!

Its so frustrating living on an Island that does not have an adequate supply of art materials. I have a show opening in March and everything I need so far has to be purchased in England, the US or China. The postage costs are ridiculous and I suspect the goods from the US and China will be subject to import duty. Actually the price of the things I want from the US is $18 the postage is $60 god only knows what tax will be slapped on it by customs. Funny one of the items I ordered from England…

Last August I curated an exhibition in Belfast 'Emerging v Established. The exhbition was a great sucsess the spaces looked fantastic with the art installed. It was a mix of emerging artists, graduates from the University of Ulster and established artists.
