The Poet's Shed.
Received a dvd today called The Poet's Shed. It is from a group called The Shed Poets Society and the running time is 23 minutes. They are a Dublin based group and the dvd features a selection of poems Rosy Wilson, Judy Russell, Carol Boland, Maureen Perkins, Marguerite Colgan and Bernie Kenny. Anyone who has been in Northern Ireland over the last couple of weeks has experienced an interesting spectical. Many people who are not registered to vote or if they are do not bother to vote have been annoyed at road blocks and the city centre being held seige. Belfast city council took years to organise and plan a Christmas Market and sort out St Georges market apparently to bring a more vibrant economy to the city centre.
