The projection is all 40 videos of Art in the dark that , Text and Lamb film have been filming since January this year and Paul Moore in assistance.

No nightmares and day 2 I thought I might go to the IMMA, I noticed on the App it was not listed and having only ever been driven there before I wasnt sure where to go, on the VAI map it was listed but not the LUAS line or stop name. I decided to go to the LUAS but still couldnt work it out so I decided to skip it. Why is it that not matter what when I'm in the South of Ireland there is always a problem with signage?? and maps? I thought I'd go along the roadworks walk where there is a trail…Continue

Over 90 artists showing at Dublin Contemporary over 7 sites with a "roadworks" trail with 22 more pieces out and about in the streets. I downloaded the Dublin Contemporay App before I left and armed with the VAI pull out I headed off to Dublin. Arriving at 9 oclock I didnt realise nothing opened until 11am but thats ok. Reading different tweets etc from Dublin Contemporary it said best to get a three day ticket, you need one day to look, another to think then one day to go back. Being a…Continue

After a 2 month break it's time to get to work, it's difficult to get motivated when sales are very sporadic. I always start with a tidying session in my workplace. Negativity and self doubt comes creeping when I'm away from my art for a while, then looking at pieces with fresh eyes there will be a piece and I'll think 'hell I'm good'!!! - unfortunetly there are some others where I say 'what was I thinking?'. So hey ho it's back to work I go.

I know it was one of the titles of the prints in my last exhibition but I'm inspired to use it again as a headline in this blog post. As the creativity in Belfast gets more joined up you have to ask yourself if this pace keeps moving along where will it all end? What is so nice about going around Late night Art and seeing all the galleries open at night is that the artists ists are reclaiming Belfast so it you didnt bother to get off the sofa last week put 23 Sept in your diary as thats…Continue

It's great that the BBC have been using this site for research for stories but what I get pissed off at is they never actually give the site a mention. I find it lazy and sad. Part of the reason for the site was that there were so many fantastic things on but not alot of people knew about them so I think its great that there is a now a central point for getting this information. So any researcher there reading this site. How about being honest to your concious and actually giving the site a…Continue

Elaine is a coming-of-age drama about a schoolgirl in the early 1990’s who becomes involved with a group of animal-rights activists. What commences is a Rite-of-Passage that puts personal identity against political crisis in a visually poetic and painfully humorous short fiction film, written and directed by an independent artist-filmmaker.
Shootings scheduled for one week from 12th November between Banbridge…Continue
