As individuals continue to consume more than they produce, we are collectively forgetting skills that once sustained everyday life. My abstract tools are presented as a museum and ask questions about functionality.
Memory is strengthened by repetition, so I address 7 archetypal tasks over and over again: brush, scoop, poke, cut, rake, look, hit. It is an act of remembering.
