- I grew up in Belfast, N.Ireland. After moving to London, Ontario, Canada, when I was 19, I studied History of Western Art, sculpture, and Studio Art at the University of Western Ontario. I have been fortunate enough to visit many art museums worldwide, and to study with several international artists.

If we had an artist-run gallery we could exhibit approximately 30 members for a month, each month, for two years and everyone would have exhibited. Rent on a building divided into 712 would not be that much.

Creative Change NI has 712 members. Would all of Ireland have approximately 200 art galleries, public and private? Also, how many outdoor/market art shows can operate?

If you are interested in a summer art school in Canada, check out Southampton Art School, Ontario. I have attended many workshops and really enjoyed them.
